Richard Davies
The foundation of the business. Having been in the property industry for the past 20 years and has developed a large diverse portfolio across Shropshire. Originally from a hospitality background Richard has owned and operated numerous businesses over the years. His experience has given him an amazing attention to detail. A drive to get the job done right and an extensive network of professionals in and around Shropshire.
Richard has been fortunate to stay in some of the worlds top hotels, from the Maldives to Monaco. Having owned and operated hotels over the years Richard realised there was a gap in the market for 5 star serviced accommodation. Due to Shropshire’s booming corporate and tourism industries Richard felt Fitzrovia SA would feel right at home!
Ben Nicoll
Born and Bred in Shropshire. Ben comes from a hospitality background holding numerous management positions in restaurants from Shrewsbury to Switzerland! A recent graduate from the University of Reading, Ben returns from London to help expand the business and deliver first class customer service to his clients ensuring that their Fitzrovia experience is the best it can be.
